1.Coordinate comprehensive quality management through the execution of quality assurance management.

2.Regulate the curriculum and syllabus to ensure the teaching and learning process of every study program uses the latest syllabus.

3.Monitor the delivery quality of education and training services through the Educational Organization Management System (SPOP).

4.Coordinate and monitor the execution of actions for each Quality Assurance Management Committee.

5.Coordinate a conducive, safe, clean, cheerful, and environmentally friendly teaching and learning environment by cultivating the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SPKKP) and Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) practices.

6.Coordinate all study programs by obtaining full accreditation from MQA, ETAC, MBOT, and recognition from APACC.

7.Monitor the information collection and data entry related to each item in the Polyrate instrument to ensure PSP gets a Tier six rating.

8.Monitor the progress and status of KPI achievement for PERSIST to Top Management as a measure of the effectiveness of the execution of the action plan of each unit and department.
