Quality Policy

The quality policy of Seberang Perai Polytechnic is to develop the potential of students of the Seberang Perai Polytechnic towards excellence in engineering, information technology, and commerce through comprehensive improvements continuously. Seberang Perai Polytechnic is committed to ensuring that customer needs are met through the achievement of quality objectives that are reviewed periodically to ensure the effectiveness of the system. This policy is disseminated to be understood by all levels of staff.

In this regard, the management of education at Seberang Perai Polytechnic will be implemented by taking into account and ensuring all plans and actions taken:

i.   Support the mission and vision of the organization,
ii.  In accordance with the purpose, context, and objectives of the organization,
iii.  Meet the identified requirements,
iv.  Based on continuous improvement,
v.   Fulfil the social responsibilities of the organization,
vi.  Along with the development and advancement of education, scientific and technical,
vii. Intellectual property management principles and take into account the needs and wishes of the organization's stakeholders
