1. INTRODUCTION
INDUSTRIAL TRAINING is a mandatory component of polytechnic education as well as other postsecondary degrees of education. It provides students with a look into the sectors and helps them prepare for a career. Students may gain hands-on experience and strengthen their employability in the future by enhancing their abilities required by stakeholders and developing their understanding of workplace behavior through Industrial Training.
This course introduces students to workplace abilities that are in high demand in many sectors. Students are exposed to technological literacy, effective communication, social skills and collaborative practice, rules, processes, and regulations, professional ethics, and reporting. This will improve students' attitudes toward being proactive students, allowing them to gain confidence in their abilities as new workers.
