Seberang Perai Polytechnic (PSP) is an institution under the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) that offers various fields of diploma courses. Various facilities have been provided to facilitate the student learning process offered at PSP. One of the facilities provided by PSP is a residential facility known as the Student Residence College (KKP).

The Residential College is a safe, peaceful, and comfortable living facility provided by Seberang Perai Polytechnic (PS) with adequate basic facilities. “Living in a residential college is not a right or privilege for any student. OSH PSP reserves the right to offer, not offer or withdraw the offer of this facility to any student in the interest of the polytechnic ”.

Consideration to live in a residential college will always be given to students who appreciate the facilities and cooperation with the management of the residential college and PSP in addition to complying with the rules set as well as students who always provide services and glorify the name of PSP.

KKP has 11 dormitory blocks, 6 male blocks, and 5 female blocks, namely Gemilang Block, Bestari 2, Bestari 3, Bestari 4, Bestari 5, and Bestari 6 to accommodate male students while Madani Block, Bestari 1, Nurani 1, Nurani 2 and Nurani 3 accommodate female students. Semester 1 students are required to stay in dormitories. The capacity of hostel students in PSP is 2278 people, namely 1210 male students and 1068 female students.

RESIDENTIAL COLLEGE MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES
The goal of residential college management is to work together to create a safe, peaceful, and comfortable residential college environment as a conducive place to live and a harmonious place to study. The goals outlined are the direction to a cheerful and prosperous life in the polytechnic residential college to be suitable for learning that will ultimately guarantee student excellence.

RESIDENTIAL COLLEGE MANAGEMENT
The staff of the administrative or management unit of the residential college consists of hostel managers, hostel supervisors, administrative assistants, and operations assistants who are responsible for managing, implementing, and monitoring the affairs of the residential college to achieve its goals and objectives optimally. All residential college management processes are based on defined terms of reference.
