INTRODUCTION

Industrial Training (LI) is a necessary prerequisite for students in particular programs at all levels of higher education at the Institute of Higher Learning (IPT). The LI course was established to enhance the needed competencies in order to increase the degree of work capacity of graduates. The LI program gives students the chance to study business and obtain practical experience in order to increase their marketability.

This course exposes and experiences students to technology advancement, effective communication, collaborative methods, policies, processes, and laws, as well as professional viewpoints and reporting. This training will instill in pupils a proactive spirit and attitude, increasing their confidence in becoming exceptional trainees.

OBJECTIVE

• Use appropriate information and abilities in the job.
• Communicate successfully on numerous levels.
• Practicing teamwork.
• Conforming to organizational principles, procedures, and standards in a professional and ethical manner.
• Describe the tasks allocated (during LI) in the form of a report using the format specified.
