Unit of Administration, Services & Finance

  • The Administration Division is responsible for efficiently and successfully planning and managing administrative matters, personnel and student management, infrastructure, and financing.
  • It also ensures that administrative affairs, service management, finance, and accounts are conducted in line with rules and instructions established by the Management of Seberang Perai Polytechnic or the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.

  • Human Resources and Finance are the two divisions, each managed by a Senior Executive Officer and an Assistant Accountant.

  • Staff appointments, employment confirmations, pension plan enrollment, promotions, various sorts of leaves, and the Department Personal System are all processed by the Human Resource Unit (SISPEN).

  • The Finance Unit, on the other hand, is in charge of resource procurement and budget management.
