The Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Power Plant) program encompasses engineering disciplines that specialize in the application of science and mathematics as well as technical skills in the field of electrical power generation plants. This course provides a wide variety of engineering disciplines that include Mechanical Engineering Science, Computer Applications & Software, Engineering Drawings, Computer Aided Drawing (CAD), Occupational Safety & Health and Mechanical Workshop Practice. Special expertise is applied through the Plant Control Systems, Plant Service Drawings, Power Plant Engineering and Plant Maintenance courses to train skills in operating boilers, turbines, internal combustion engines and water treatment systems.
