• Ensure that the approval rate for each program is not less than 90% for each semester.
• Strive to ensure that at least 25% of students who graduated achieved PNM 3.00 or more for each program for each semester.

• Ensure all staff attend courses/training for 10 days a year.

• Ensure that all procedures are effectively implemented/achieved the performance indicators set.
